What events do you allow at Majestic Woods?

Everything ranging from birthdays to anniversaries and corporate/church events to weddings! If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us!

Are we able to have our rehearsal at Majestic Woods?

Yes, of course! When you book your wedding with us, our venue coordinators will be in contact with you and will discuss details such as date and time in order to confirm it does not conflict with any other events.

Do you provide a caterer and/or bartender?

Currently, Majestic Woods does not have a catering service available. However, we have many recommendations of caterers that we have worked with in the past and will be happy to share those with you upon booking!

Do you have vendors I can contact?

Yes! The wonderful thing when you book with us, is that you receive a booklet full of information at your disposal. It simplifies the process of planning your event into a “one-stop-shop” experience!

What are your pricing options?

We will be glad to discuss various pricing options depending on your event. Please contact us for more details.

Do you allow fireworks?

We do allow fireworks on the property, however, they would require a special permit and notification thirty (30) days in advance of event. Please contact us for more details.

How many hours can I have my event for?

If you are booking a corporate event or wedding, your will have access to the venue on the day from 9:00am to 9:00pm, (we do allow bookings from 10:00am to 10:00pm in the event you will want fireworks). For all other events, they will be booked per amount of hours needed. Please contact us for more details.

How far in advance should I book?

If you are booking a corporate event or wedding, we ask that you book at least one (1) month before the date. If you are booking any other event (i.e. birthday party, bridal shower, etc), we ask that you book at least two (2) weeks prior and no more than four (4) months in advance.

Can we take pictures on the property even if we did not book the venue for an event?

As the venue is located on private property, we do ask that you contact us inquiring at least one (1) month prior, as to confirm it does not interfere with any event going on. Additional fees may apply.

How does the booking process look like?

We try to keep the process as easy and as stress free as possible. After contacting us, we set up an appointment for you to come in and view the venue. If you decide to book with us, we go through the paperwork with you before signing. Afterwards, our venue coordinators will keep in contact with you to keep up with any details or reminders. It’s that easy!
