One of the wonderful things about our venue is that you have the ability to choose the caterer of your choice. Bartender must be provided by bride and groom as well. We are always happy to make recommendations.
DO YOU PROVIDE OUTDOOR CEREMONY SEATING?
Yes, up to 200 ceremony chairs are available.
DO YOU HAVE VENDORS I CAN CONTACT?
Yes! We have preferred vendors in the Clymer, NY area but they’re not required. You get to customize your event in every way, including vendors! Contact us for a list.

Staying at Peek N’ Peak, Findley Lake Holiday Inn Express, or an Airbnb around Findley Lake? Majestic Woods can accommodate you and your loved ones to and from your local hotel with our Shuttle Bus services.
Majestic Woods strives to make your day as stress free as possible, let us take the guess work of transportation off your hands while we safely transport you and your VIP’s.
WHO TO TRANSPORT:
Your first step is to take a head count for immediate family and VIPs. For many weddings, that means the bride and groom, their wedding party, both sets of parents, siblings not in the wedding party and grandparents. Some couples also provide transportation for close relatives, and out-of-towners. So where do you draw the line? Majestic Woods Shuttle Bus seats 14 guests. Know that you’re not required to provide transportation for the entire wedding party for the entire night—you just need to make arrangements so no VIP gets stranded.
WHEN TO ARRIVE:
Determine your travel times by taking a test spin to your stay. To estimate an ideal pickup time for the ride to the ceremony, for example, plan to arrive 30 minutes early, then work backward: ceremony time, minus 30 minutes (or possibly even more if you’re planning to get ready at the site), minus drive time, minus 15 minutes of “padding” for traffic, or unexpected delays.
SHUTTLE BUS RENTAL FEE(S):
A fee of $150.00 plus 8% NY Sales Tax, payable at the time of contract signature. This fee includes one round trip to, and from, Peek N’ Peak Resort, Findley Lake Holiday Inn Express, OR an Airbnb on Findley Lake. It is understood that the round trip is a 10 mile radius from Majestic Woods.
